Returns & Exchanges Policy

At THE GOOD LASHES, we prioritise the safety and hygiene of both our customers and employees - meaning all products are non-returnable. This policy is also extended to Gift Card purchases. 

Our lashes are 100% handmade by our lash artisans, so each lash will have very minor but not noticeable variations. Each pair is designed and crafted to the highest quality. 

In the extremely rare circumstance that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will process an exchange or refund for you. If the latter option is selected, a refund will be issued directly to the original payment method. In order to initiate this process, please email our Lash Experts team at with your: (1) Full Name, (2) Order Number, (3) Reason for Exchange and (4) Visual Proof.  

Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you, however, wish to cancel your order please get in touch with our Lash Experts team at within the first hour after your order has been placed. We can only accept cancellation requests made within this cut-off time. 

Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

Please ensure that the shipping information submitted at checkout is accurate. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that this information is correct. Please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at 

Refused Packages

For international orders, we kindly advise that you do not refuse or reject your delivery, as this will result in us deducting the return shipping fee from any refund issued to the customer, if eligible. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

THE GOOD LASHES partners with our friends at DHL for domestic and international shipments who deliver packages end-to-end. Please contact our team at with your (1) Full Name, (2) Order Number, (3) Address and (4) Tracking Number, so that we can investigate further into this on your behalf. Whilst, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work quickly and efficiently to come to a resolution for you.
