Are your products vegan & cruelty-free?

Yes. True to our name, we are both exclusively vegan and truly cruelty-free. 

Where can I find out more information about how to care for my Good Lashes?

All orders feature a fully recyclable product care card including all the information you need to get the most wears out of your lashes. 

Where can I purchase THE GOOD LASHES products? 

Our products are only available to purchase here at THEGOODLASHES.COM, our pop-ups (coming soon!) or permanent/temporary authorized retail partnerships. 

Do your lashes include glue with your purchase?

No. Glue is not included in your purchase.

Orders

I am having issues placing my order online.

If you are having issues placing an order online, feel free to send our Lash Experts an email at chat@thegoodlashes.com. 

Can I amend the products in my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please email us at chat@thegoodlashes.com if you require further assistance on this and we will help you. 

Can I change the shipping address in my order after my order has been placed?

No. We kindly ask that you ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address when placing your order. 

Can I cancel my order?  

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at chat@thegoodlashes.com within the first hour after having placed your order to initiate this request. After this timeframe has lapsed, we will be unable to cancel your order. 

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on your Accounts page at thegoodlashes.com. All past and current orders will be detailed here but if in doubt, please email chat@thegoodlashes.com. 

Pre-Orders

What does it mean if a product is available for pre-order only?

If a product is available for pre-order only, this means that there is pre-arranged delivery window (between 5 to 10 business days) of when you can expect to receive your shipment. 

Why are some lashes available for pre-order only?

Our lashes are couture in quality, handmade with great care and love. 

How long do pre-orders take to be delivered?

Pre-orders take approximately 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order to be delivered. 

Delivery

How long will my delivery take to reach me?

Your delivery timeframe will depend on the option you selected (Express or Standard) at checkout. In most cases (excluding India), for Express shipments worldwide (excluding UK domestic shipments) will take 2-3 days to be delivered. 

I can't find my tracking information?

Your tracking information can be accessed via your email. If you are still having difficulty finding it, please email us at chat@thegoodlashes.com. 

Gifts

Can you purchase THE GOOD LASHES Gift Cards?

Yes. You can purchase a digital gift card with a minimum value of £25 to a maximum value of £150. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, for hygiene/safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

On the rare occasion that you received the wrong item(s), please email us at chat@thegoodlashes.com to get this sorted for you. 

Billing

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged immediately as soon as your order has been accepted and processed. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro & Shop Pay. 

For international orders, will I be charged additional customs and duties fees?

THE GOOD LASHES are not in control of, neither are we responsible for customs or duties fees levied by respective countries when purchasing and importing into your respective country.

In what ways are THE GOOD LASHES making positive changes to the lash industry? 

We are doing everything in our power to re-define the lash industry for the better. By taking a firm stance against the industry's 'status-quo' of using mink fur for the purpose of false lashes, we hope to create a movement to eradicate this unethical practice. In addition, we take visible action and are proud that our outer shipping packaging has been 100% plastic-free from day one. Our product packaging is intentionally as plastic-free as possible (our lashes packaging including the lash tray are completely plastic-free too).
